Safira sat in the group commons, fresh spiral notebook open on her lap. She had asked Gabriella to meet her here. Because of how excited she was, she had shown up ten minutes early. Safira was planning on giving Angel a baby shower, and she was also planning a bridal shower for Gabriella (but it was going to be a surprise). There were just so many exciting things going on! Weddings, and babies... Isaac's best friend, Luke, was also getting married to Jenna Clearwater.

She was definitely going to look into wedding planning after graduation. She loved details, and just seeing how happy people would be at their events. Safira didn't need to ever work a day in her life because of the Malfoy fortune, but she wanted to. It gave her satisfaction, she felt worthless when she wasn't doing anything. Safira took her quill and across the top of the paper wrote "Angie's Baby Shower Plans."

Gabriella entered the group commons, donned in her usual Hogwarts robes and her hair up in a high ponytail. It was a bit strange, since she usually wore it down, but the Head Girl had given herself side bangs to even it out. As for being here, Safira had asked Gabriella to come. She had obliged, though wondering why Safira hadn't suggested the Gryffindor common room instead. It was quieter here, though. "Hello Safira," Gabriella said, taking a seat at the couch with her.

"Hello," Safira said cheerfully. "I figured it would be a bit more quiet in here, but I've been wanting to plan a baby shower for Angie and I would like some input from you, you've known her longer than I." Safira figured that she would pause there and wait for Gabriella to reply after that much information. She did have to work on her being such a chatterbox. Safira had a tendency to go on and on about things, especially plans.

Gabriella smiled at the incredibly kind thought of Safira to host a baby shower for Angel. Gabriella's cousin didn't have much fun in her life at the moment, spare for Bradly and Sunday afternoons with Gabriella herself. "That's a great idea," she replied cheerfully. "What were you thinking so far?"

"Well, I was thinking of reserving this amazing family-owned restaurant for afternoon tea in downtown London, do you think Angie would like that?" said Safira. If not she had plenty of other ideas. She was planning on this being a rather small shower, just some family and some of Angel's girlfriends. It was going to be a fun girl thing with food and chatter, and of course presents for the mommy-to-be and her twins. But Safira was thinking something a bit more extravagant for Gabriella's surprise bridal shower.

Gabriella nodded. She wasn't entirely sure of what Angel thought of tea, but anything to do with a restaurant was right up her cousin's alley at this point in her life. "That sounds good," she replied. "Just make sure you have some ravioli handy. It's Angie's favorite pregnant-girl food." Hopefully Safira wasn't planning on inviting too many people for Angel's shower. Angel was easily stressed out and Gabriella didn't want to put anymore pressure on her cousin.

Safira gave a small laugh. "But of course," she said. She then wrote in her neat,very feminine cursive on one line "Reserve restaurant, ravioli." It was a good thing the place was Italian, but took part in the rather British afternoon tea. "I was thinking small-scale, perhaps just you, I, Jenna, Raychel, and Emily. Is there anyone else I should be thinking of?"asked Safira.

Gabriella's mind immediately went to Alex, who was a bit left out being the only Potter still left at home, but then figured that it would be a little weird having a nine year-old hanging around with them at a baby shower. And probably not the best idea, especially if Angel didn't want her parents involved. "No, I don't think so," Gabriella replied, still a bit lost in thought. There were many younger cousins of hers, but none that were particularly close to Angel, besides Emily.

"Excellent," said Safira, and then wrote down the names of people to invite. A date, well, they ought to pick one of those soon. She was thinking the Saturday after Hogwarts was dismissed for the summer, which would make the shower take place in June. The second line of her plans now read "Gabby, Jenna, Raychel, Emily." She figured that she would make a banner with Isaiah and Morgayne's names written on it, that could be fun. "How is Angie going to spell Morgayne?" asked Safira, there were several ways of spelling the name, she did not want to spell it incorrectly, that would be quite embarrassing.

Gabriella thought for a moment, and then remembered the conversation where she had talked to Angel about her children's names. Gabriella had asked the same question. So she told Safira, one letter at a time. It would probably take a bit of work to plan a bridal shower, but Safira seemed excited about it, and ready to put in the work. Gabriella would try her best to help Isaac's sister, even if it meant putting wedding plans on the back burner for a little while.

Safira wrote it slowly in the margin "M-O-R-G-A-Y-N-E." She actually liked that spelling of the name better than the other, it looked like it was more medieval to her. She then labeled another line on the paper "Date," and then looked to Gabriella. "I was thinking of holding it the Saturday after school gets out, what do you think?" asked Safira, and then looked down at her paper to write down: "14 June?"

"That works for me," Gabriella replied with a shrug. "We'll have to check on Angie's work schedule, though. That girl seems to overwork herself far too much." The last comment was sort of to herself, though Gabriella didn't mind Safira hearing it. It was pretty common knowledge that Angel worked until she passed out on the floor.

"But won't she be on maternity leave by then?" asked Safira. "It would make sense, you know, since she's got twins." She would not be surprised if her healer put her on bed rest before then, even. Safira sucked on the end of her quill delicately, as if it were a sugar quill. One of her nastier idiosyncrasies.

"Perhaps," Gabriella replied with a shrug. "But there are plenty of people that don't start maternity leave until they go into labor or forced to bed rest." Gabriella paused for a moment. "The first option is more Angie, but the second is more likely."

Safira shrugged. "Well,if push comes to shove, I'm no stranger to bribery," she said with a wink. A couple hundred galleons to her bosses should get her the day off. Sure, Angel would probably be furious with her, but the woman needed a day off, regardless of whether or not she was willing to admit it.
